DANG! LIFESTYLE OFFICIAL STOCKIST PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into between Dang! Lifestyle Ltd ("Company") and the Applicant upon approval of this onboarding application ("Stockist").

1. APPOINTMENT: The Company hereby appoints the Stockist as a non-exclusive authorised stockist to sell Dang! Lifestyle products within their designated territory.

2. OBLIGATIONS: The Stockist agrees to: (a) maintain adequate stock levels; (b) sell only at approved retail price points; (c) not distribute to unauthorised third parties; (d) maintain brand standards.

3. ORDERING & PAYMENT: All orders via official Dang! Partner portal. Payment required in full prior to dispatch unless credit facility is explicitly approved in writing.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY: The Stockist agrees to keep all commercial terms, pricing, and trade information strictly confidential.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: The Stockist may not use the Dang! brand logo, trademark, or imagery without prior written approval.

6. RETURNS & DISPUTES: All product quality complaints must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

7. TERMINATION: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.

8. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
