The ‘Company’ means Dang Lifestyle Ltd.
The ‘Purchaser’ means the person whose order is accepted by the Company.
The ‘Recipient’ means the person who receives goods produced by the Company and purchased by the Purchaser.
All prices quoted for products are inclusive of VAT at current rate.
COUPON CODE USAGE
Valid voucher codes can be applied by entering the coupon code at checkout. Voucher codes cannot be used against any purchase made prior to receipt of this voucher or code. The voucher code can’t be used in conjunction with any other online offer or sale item. If an automatic discount or promotion is applied at checkout you will be unable to apply your voucher code at checkout. Voucher code is only valid for one use per account. Any voucher discount at the time of purchase will be deducted should there be need for a refund.
As soon as an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the Purchaser is deemed to have agreed to, and is bound by the terms and conditions as described herein by the Company.
A contract of sale is deemed to exist as soon as the Company dispatches an email or order message to the Purchaser, confirming that the Company has received the Purchaser’s order, regardless of whether the Purchaser receives the confirmation email or not.
Changes to orders by the Purchaser can only be accepted before the product is processed and picked up for delivery.
The Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure goods are delivered at agreed time and date, however they accept no liability for delay in delivery for any cause out of their control or caused by the dispatch company.
The purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs for any addresses outside Nigeria. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check any additional charges that they may incur as a result of import/custom duties.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The company allows for returns and exchanges based on the following terms:
- WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT after a 10% restocking fee has been deducted.
- The return must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
- Sales items are not valid for an exchange.
- Items can only be returned after a written agreement has been reached between the Company and the Purchaser or Recipient.
- The items must be unused,seal must be intact, fitted with the original tags and packaging and with no markings or any type of damage. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in otherwise exchanges cannot be processed.
- Please use a tracking service on all returns/ exchanges, we can only refund/ exchange orders we receive that complies with our return policy.
The cost of returning the goods to the Company is at the responsibility of the Purchaser or Recipient in order to obtain a full refund unless otherwise agreed with Dang Lifestyle Ltd.
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale affects or will affect the statutory rights of the Purchaser or the Recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied.
