How To Use This Q10 Serum In A Routine
- Start with a good cleanse. Wash your face with your preferred face wash and follow up with a hydrating toner to prep your skin.
- If you have other water-based serums, now is the time to go in with your serum. If not you can skip this step and move on to the next step.
- Now, apply 2-3 drops of this coenzyme q10 Serum on your face and pat gently to distribute evenly. After a few minutes, you can go in with a face moisturizer.
- Alternatively, you can add 2-3 drops of this serum to your moisturizer and apply at once.
- You can use it twice daily. Remember to finish your morning routine with sunscreen.
N/B: If you have sensitive skin, do not use the niacinamide serum & this serum in the same routine. You could alternate by using niacinamide serum in the morning & the q10 + vitamin C serum at night or vice-versa.
Usage Advice
- Can be used twice a day.
- For external/topical application only.
- Keep out of reach children.
- We always recommend patch testing on the inside of the forearm 24 hours before full usage.
- Introduce new products to your skin slowly so that you can easily identify any source of irritation.
- If you react to this serum, we recommend taking a break from using it for 3 days, after which you should incorporate it into using routine slowly. For example, you could do it once or twice a week, instead of using it daily.
- For acne-prone sensitive skin, we recommend using the vitamin C concentrated serum (oil-free)

FAQs: CoQ10 Serum
Does CoQ10 help with sagging skin?
Yes, CoQ10 can help with sagging skin by boosting collagen and elastin production, which are essential for maintaining skin firmness and elasticity. Its antioxidant properties also protect the skin from oxidative stress, which contributes to ageing and sagging.
Does CoQ10 work for wrinkles?
CoQ10 is effective for reducing wrinkles. It acts as an antioxidant that protects the skin from damage caused by UV exposure and free radicals, while also stimulating collagen production, which helps to minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Can you mix Q10 and retinol?
While there are many opinions about mixing Q10 serum and retinol, we do not recommend doing so. Both CoQ10 and retinol are exfoliants and you risk overexfoliating your skin when you combine both.
If you desire to use both products for enhanced anti-ageing benefits, use them in different routines, preferably Q10 in the morning and retinol at night or on alternate days.
