Is the consultation free?
Yes. Your skin consultation and matching session are completely complimentary. There is no cost to attend or to receive your personalised skin assessment.
Do I need to buy products on the spot?
No. Purchase is entirely optional. However, event-exclusive pricing is available only to attendees during the event and for 48 hours after — so if you find your match, we highly recommend taking it home.
Can I attend with makeup on?
Light makeup is fine, but coming bare-faced gives our aestheticians a more accurate matching. If you can, arrive fresh-faced for the best results.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes — the more the better! However, each guest must register separately. Please share your invite link with them so they can secure their own spot.
Will I receive my routine plan after the event?
Yes. Within 24 hours of the event, you’ll receive your personalised skincare recap by email — including your matched products, routine steps, and an exclusive post-event discount code.
What happens if capacity is reached before I register?
Once 150 spots are filled, registration closes permanently. We cannot accommodate walk-ins or late registrations. Reserve your spot early to guarantee access.
